- Can we have Pets at Courtyard?
- Answer: Yes and No. We do allow
pets if they are under 25 lbs and you can
demonstrate that they will not be a nescience to
your neighbors. We also expect you to keep
the community immaculate and free from any pet
debris. If so, they are welcome in our
community.

What if I have bad credit? |
- We look very closely at credit when making our
tenant selections but are often able to overcome
credit and other difficulties. We want to put the
best tenants in our property who responsibly pay
